What can Yashiki glean from your character?

Yashiki is an empath and can sometimes get visions from people who have an emotional reaction. But, it isn't like he can read the minds of anyone that he comes across. Only if there's events that bring about a strong reaction with a character, he might be able to either "see/hear" what happened.

Can Yashiki tell if your character isn't human?: Yes! I'll leave it up to you how he sees her exactly, but her soul has been ripped from her body and put into a ring basically. According to canon her body is basically a "zombie" body now, and she has a ton of magic to boot.
Can Yashiki glean some memories/emotions/thoughts?: Yes! Some memories he might see:
> Her as a child, receiving a flower from the owner of her flower shop ("Auntie") to cheer her up
> Her making a wish to save her Auntie's life and prevent the flower shop from closing
> Her learning about Magical Girls having their souls removed when they make their wishes and eventually turning into Witches and how that's all VERY upsetting to her but maybe not why
> Her fighting along side the rest of the Magical Girls in her city against the strongest witch Walpurgisnacht and defeating her.
What are you okay with him knowing?: Whatever you want from what I've given! Don't feel like you've got to use all of it!

Gosh. The idea that Yashiki sees Konomi as a zombie while everyone else sees her as a cute girl. He'll still say that he thinks that she's very cute, at least, because he does think those spirits are rather endearing.

Can Yashiki tell if your character isn't human?: Yes, but then again anyone with eyes can see his pallid, stitched up skin, his completely black eyes, and his prehensile hair. Very clearly not a human.

The not so obvious thing would be the devil. He sold his soul to a devil and lets him control his actions sometimes, so that might read as either demon or demon-possessed zombie.
Can Yashiki glean some memories/emotions/thoughts?: Yes, but there is some mental static to get through. Antonio seems to have music constantly stuck in his head that gets louder if he's intoxicated or using his music related abilities. If Yashiki can get through that without falling asleep or something, here are some things he might be able to glean.

- Antonio arguing with a messenger of they royal family, telling them that playing exclusively for the court would be a waste of his time and skill. The court's response? They'll let him out of the palace if he can play them a song on a single string. This is why he hates the upper class so much.

- There are things he's trying not to think about, which is why he has such hedonistic habits as gambling and drinking himself stupid.

- "You shall bear witness to all the melody in the world, yet you shall be controlled by strings forevermore." That's the devil's bargain.

- Fuzzy memories of strange games. His role was to hunt down survivors and drag them to their doom. Some of his castmates might show up from time to time. (Survivor faction. Fellow hunters like Joseph won't be seen as prey here.)

What are you okay with him knowing?:
- Antonio is possessed by a demon.
- Antonio's hair is demon powered.
- If Antonio's using his hair to play music, that's not him. It's the demon.
- Antonio is never completely "sober" thanks to the music constantly playing in his head.
